Thirstcard is committed to maintaining and improving the accessibility of our website for as many of our visitors as possible. We aim to make our website easy to use and understand.

Text size

You can easily change the font size used on our website by pressing “Ctrl” and “+” together on your keyboard to increase the size of the font and by pressing “Ctrl” and “-” together to decrease the font size.

You can also change the font size using the menu options in your web browser. Using Microsoft Internet Explorer, click View > Text Size.

Font colour

You can change the font colours used on the website. This may be useful for you if you have low vision and need high contrast colours. You can change the style and colour, and choose an alternative colour for links. You can also change background and foreground colours.

Using Microsoft Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options. Under the general tab, click on the Accessibility button. You can then choose to ignore the way the page is formatted.

Accessing download documents

Downloadable documents on the Thirstcard website are provided in PDF, Word and Excel format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, it is available to download from the Adobe website.
